City overview
Cozumel is a Caribbean island off the coast of Quintana Roo, reached by a short ferry from Playa del Carmen or by direct flights into its own international airport. It is best known for the Mesoamerican reef that runs along its western shore, which makes it one of the world's great diving and snorkelling destinations, and for a compact walkable town, San Miguel, where most visitors stay. For kosher travellers the island is unusually well served for its size: Chabad of Cozumel sits in the centre of San Miguel and anchors a cluster of kosher restaurants, a kosher grocery and a caterer, nearly all within a few minutes' walk of one another.

Kosher Grocery Cozumel
Conzumel
A dedicated kosher grocery immediately beside the entrance to the Chabad House, stocking a range of Israeli products. Everything it carries is kosher, so no label checking is needed, and it is the practical place to stock up if you are self-catering in an apartment or villa in central San Miguel.
