Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of kosherlytravel.com (the "Site"), operated by Kosherly Travel. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
Effective date: August 21, 2026.
1. Use of the Site
The Site provides information about kosher travel, including restaurants, hotels, synagogues, minyan times, eruv status, zmanim, and related travel information, for general informational purposes. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account or submitting a review. You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to disrupt its operation, scrape content at scale without permission, or submit false, defamatory, or misleading reviews.
2. Kashrus and Accuracy Disclaimer
Kosherly makes reasonable efforts to keep listing information — including kosher certification/supervision (hechsher), minyan times, eruv status, and zmanim — accurate and up to date. However: kosher certification status, supervision, hours, and other details can change without notice, and Kosherly does not independently verify every listing on an ongoing basis. You are solely responsible for confirming kashrus supervision, eruv status, zmanim, and any other halachically significant information directly with the relevant establishment, supervising agency, or a qualified rabbinic authority before relying on it. Kosherly is not a certifying or supervising body and does not itself grant, verify, or guarantee any kosher certification. Kosherly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind regarding the accuracy or completeness of listing information.
3. User-Generated Content
By submitting a review or other content, you grant Kosherly a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content on the Site. You retain ownership of your content. Kosherly reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate, at its discretion.
4. Third-Party Links and Affiliate Bookings
The Site contains links to third-party websites, including hotel booking links through affiliate partnerships (e.g., Expedia Group). Kosherly may earn a commission on bookings made through these links, at no additional cost to you. Kosherly is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site, and any booking or transaction is solely between you and that third party.
5. Intellectual Property
The Site's design, text, graphics, and other content (excluding user-submitted content and third-party content) are the property of Kosherly Travel or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. See the Copyright Notice below for details.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kosherly Travel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to reliance on kashrus, eruv, zmanim, or other listing information, or issues arising from third-party bookings made through affiliate links.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Kosherly Travel is based in Lakewood, New Jersey.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
