Guests can book La Residencia Doña Theresita in its entirety (all 4 suites, from $10,250 + 25% taxes/night, all-inclusive for up to 8 people) or buy out the entire property — the full Residencia plus all 4 Nangu Bungalows — for complete exclusivity (from $16,550 + 25% taxes/night, all-inclusive for up to 8 people). All-inclusive rates cover four-course gourmet meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks), select alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, a personal Ranger, and an assigned ATV per accommodation.

Nekupe offers a fully koshered, Mehadrin-standard kosher program (Glatt Kosher meat, Cholov Yisroel dairy, Pas Yisroel, Bishul Yisroel) under rabbinical supervision, coordinated with Rabbi David Atar of Chabad of San Juan del Sur.
