Sleepy Hollow Hotel
455 South Broadway, Tarrytown, NY 10591
Set on 11 landscaped acres in Tarrytown, the Sleepy Hollow Hotel is a full-service Hudson Valley property built specifically around Orthodox and kosher-observant travelers — with an on-site shul, mikvah, and eruv alongside more typical hotel amenities like an indoor pool, fitness center, and a 30,000-square-foot event space for weddings and simchas. It's roughly a mile from Metro-North service into Manhattan, making it a popular base for both weekend getaways and larger kosher events.

Home to Hudson Bistro, a glatt kosher (meat) sit-down restaurant under the supervision of Tarnopol Kashrus of Brooklyn, open for breakfast and dinner Sunday–Thursday plus pre-booked Shabbat meals for overnight guests.
Shabbos Options
The entire 11-acre property is enclosed by an eruv, and there's an on-site shul with two sefer Torahs and regular minyanim. Guest room doors use a "kosher lock" — a low-mounted deadbolt that can be locked from the outside without an electronic key, though a staff member with a key is needed to let guests back in if locked out during Shabbat. A dedicated Shabbos package covers all three Shabbat meals (Friday night dinner, Shabbos lunch, and Shalosh Seudos), plus a Toameha buffet, kiddush, and Melava Malka, fully coordinated by the hotel. The pool maintains separate men's/women's hours alongside mixed hours. Kosher supervision is under Rabbi Tarnapol (Tarnopol Kashrus).
Staying in a hotel over Shabbos can raise complex halachic questions — please speak with your Rabbi.
