SLS Playa Mujeres is an all-inclusive luxury resort set in the gated Playa Mujeres enclave just north of Cancún, less than 30 minutes from Cancún International Airport. It’s the first all-inclusive property in the SLS portfolio, known for bold, fashion-forward design ("Miami-meets-Mexico") layered onto a traditional beach-resort format. The resort has nearly 500 rooms and suites, several show-stopping pools, a private beach, a 20,000-sq-ft spa, and a lineup of stylized restaurants spanning Italian, steakhouse, seafood, and buffet concepts.
SLS Playa Mujeres offers Liora, a dedicated all-inclusive kosher dining program under continuous Mehadrin supervision (Rabbi Simantob Rafael Nigri), covering breakfast, lunch/dinner at the on-site restaurant Cleo, pool/beach delivery, in-room dining, and Shabbat meals.
Shabbos Options
Shabbat service is included as part of the Liora kosher dining program, under the supervision of Rabbi Simantob Rafael Nigri, Chief Rabbi of Neve Shalom, the Jewish Community of Cancún. Pre-prepared Shabbat meals are served as a proper sit-down Shabbat spread rather than a stripped-down hotel version — a cold station with gefilte fish, Israeli salad, tabbouleh, and glazed carrots; a choice of soups (beef consommé, chicken broth, leek and potato, portobello mushroom); mains including smoked beef brisket, braised lamb, roasted chicken, beef cholent, and Moroccan-style salmon; plus a dedicated kids' menu. The resort has hosted large kosher groups for Yeshiva Week with added programming on top of the standard Shabbat offering, and the all-inclusive model makes coordinating meals across a group easier than managing individual outside reservations.
