Zadún, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve is an adults-skewing luxury resort in Puerto Los Cabos, Mexico — the first Ritz-Carlton Reserve property in the country. Built into a hillside above the Sea of Cortez, its 113–115 rooms, suites, and villas are spread across 42 separate buildings for privacy, drawing on traditional Mexican hacienda design and local artisan craftsmanship throughout. The resort is known in the luxury kosher travel community as one of the first upscale properties in the Los Cabos region to offer a dedicated, high-end kosher program.
Zadún offers the Beyond Kosher Experience, a bespoke kosher culinary program crafted by the resort's chefs under the supervision of the Chabad Cabo Jewish Center, arranged per stay with a personalized menu and dedicated kitchen access.
Shabbos Options
Full Shabbat menu available through the Beyond Kosher Experience program (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), supervised by Chabad Cabo. Menu selections must be confirmed in full 12 hours in advance. The kosher kitchen closes Fridays at 3:00 PM ahead of Shabbat and reopens Sundays at 8:30 AM. Motzei Shabbat dinner requires separate advance confirmation with the Rabbi — the menu must be agreed by Friday before noon, and the meal is served Saturday from 8:45 PM onward, after Shabbat concludes. Before Shabbat begins, guests' personal Tosoani (attendant) provides candles, board games, printed news, and books.
