Boca Raton, FL

City overview

Boca Raton pairs two miles of lifeguarded Atlantic beaches, Mediterranean-Revival architecture and upscale shopping with one of the largest Orthodox communities in Florida. Boca Raton Synagogue, the Boca Jewish Center, Young Israel and six Chabad centres anchor a community spread from East Boca to the Powerline Road corridor in West Boca. Dozens of kosher restaurants, bakeries and full kosher supermarkets sit within a few miles of each other, most of them under ORB supervision. A community eruv covers much of central and west Boca, and daily minyanim run from early morning to late night. It is an easy base for a Shabbos, a family beach holiday or a longer winter stay.
