Kosher Grill publishes a separate Shabbat menu alongside its regular one, so the International Drive meat kitchen doubles as the Shabbos takeaway for visitors staying in the I-Drive and Universal hotels. All meat is glatt and chassidishe shechita, all bread is Pas Yisroel, and a full-time mashgiach is on site during every hour of operation.

The Shabbat menu is published as a downloadable PDF on the restaurant's menu page, and orders and prices are taken by phone on 407-392-2292. Friday is a short lunch service that ends at 3:00 PM, so place the order earlier in the week and collect before the kitchen closes.
