Chabad of SF hosts a communal Shabbat at Knesset Israel Chabad on Sutter Street. Friday night Kabbalat Shabbat services are followed by a gourmet Shabbat dinner, and Shabbat morning services are followed by Kiddush and a full Shabbat lunch. The meals are served at a communal table and are open to visitors by reservation.
How it works
Reserve online before Thursday so the kitchen can prepare. Choose Friday dinner, Shabbat lunch or both on the form, and add an optional donation by card or PayPal. Friday services begin at 6:00 PM in winter and 7:00 PM in summer; Shabbat morning services begin at 10:00 AM.
