Shabbat and Holiday Meals at Chabad of Belize
Belize
Chabad of Belize hosts Shabbat and holiday meals at its centre on Mullet Street in San Pedro — Friday night dinner and Shabbat day meals — for the small local community and for travellers. The centre also prepares Shabbat Meals To-Go for guests staying elsewhere on the island who would rather eat at their hotel, and kosher prepared food for weekdays. Meals are served in the Chabad House itself, the same building that houses the country's only kosher kitchen.
How it works
Meals run on prior registration only — there is no walk-in option. Register through the form on the Chabad House's Shabbat and holiday page, or arrange it directly by phone or WhatsApp, and do it well before Friday: this is a one-family operation on a small island and the kitchen cooks to the number of people who have signed up. Shabbat Meals To-Go must be ordered in advance the same way. If you are arriving for a holiday, contact the centre earlier still.
