How it works
The kitchen at Ray's Cabo prepares fresh Shabbos and holiday meals for delivery throughout Los Cabos, which is the practical route for visitors staying in a villa, a kitchen-equipped suite or a resort outside walking distance of the center. Orders are arranged directly with the restaurant by phone or WhatsApp and must be placed well before Friday, since the kitchen closes at 3:00 PM and does not reopen until Sunday. The same kitchen handles event catering for weddings and simchas with customised menus, and dairy catering for larger groups on request. All food is glatt kosher under the supervision of Rabbi Benny Hershcovich.
